Colour Mill is an Australian brand promising vibrant food colouring for bolder bakes. At Kate's Cupboard, we stock
Colour Mill's range of oil based food colouring, also known as their oil blend food colouring range. This range has lots of gorgeous shades to choose from, or you can mix them together to create your own!
These super concentrated food colourings are unlike your average gel colours. Colour Mill's food colouring loves the fats and oils found in your baking, and uses it to disperse the special formula colouring. This results in stunningly vibrant and consistent shades that promise not to fade after you've baked your treats.
Colour Mill's food colouring works especially great in buttercream, swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter, ganache and sugarpastes. It also works great to add colour to flower pastes, gumpastes, modelling pastes, royal icing, marzipan, cake mixes, pastry, frostings, isomalt, piping gel, cake lace mixes and more!
How to use Colour Mill Food Colouring
Shake the bottle well before opening. Add food colouring to your mix one drop at a time until you reach your desired change. Mix well.
